With 16 years’ experience, working within healthcare recruitment, at the highest level, Mike is no stranger to the healthcare industry, and those that know him understand his burning desire to succeed against all odds and challenges. Mike is a regular podcaster, public speaker and spends most of his time with his two daughters, Bethany, Summer, and his son Layton.

I am the Operations Manager at Infermiera Healthcare, having joined in March 2024. I enjoy the fast-paced nature of the role and take pride in supporting both our clients and staff to ensure a high-quality, reliable service.

Originally from West London, I now live in Bedfordshire with my wife and two daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and am a keen Arsenal supporter.

Hi, I’m Tiffany, I joined Infermiera many years ago and have helped establish and develop our childrens service department. I strive for excellence and am proud to be a founding member of Infermiera Group, focussing on service delivery in line with our core values and standards. Away from work, I am a mother to my three children, Aaliyah, Amayah and Layton but when I get the chance, I volunteer to teach traditional Bulgarian dancing locally.

I’m Priyaansh, the Payroll Director for Infermiera Group. I run the payroll department, ensuring your payments are timely and accurate. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places and discovering different cuisines as a passionate foodie.

I am a dedicated, ambitious, and driven Recruitment Consultant with over 1.8 years of experience in healthcare recruitment. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment services while building long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. In 2023, I moved to the UK as a student. During this time I had the opportunity to step into recruitment by chance, and I quickly developed a strong passion for the field. This led me to pursue recruitment as a full-time career, as I genuinely enjoy the end-to-end process and the impact it creates.

I am committed to continuously upskilling myself and developing a strong, transferable skill set to support my long-term professional growth and career advancement. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, watching movies, and travelling in my spare time.
